25 Years in Healthcare, Zero in Tech: What Module 1 Taught Me About AI

I wanted to share a candid reflection from someone who came into this space with zero technical background. As a woman running my own practice after 25 years in physical therapy and health, AI was never part of my world. I had never used it in my personal or professional life and to be completely honest, I was deeply skeptical. I kept asking myself whether it was even something I should be using or if it was just unnecessary noise.

It stripped away the hype and showed me what AI actually is at its core: a tool that depends entirely on human direction.
